She was predeceased by: her parents, Fowler and Dessie; her husband Edward Wade Evans; her daughter Lisa Cole; and her brother Forrest Cope.
She is survived by: her son Todd Evans; her granddaughter Feather Matthews; her great grandchildren, Cortney, Chance and Luceliya; and her great great grandchild Rebel. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
