She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Foster of Warrenton, MO; her daughter Tabitha Seel (Foster); her sister Marce Weiss of Lincoln, CA; her grandchildren, Christopher, Molly, Kyle, Chase, Brianna, Kate and Will; and her nieces, Stephanie Berger and Heather Weiss.
