She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mrzlack and Lorraine Mrzlack. She is survived by: her sister Christine Van Gels (William); her nephews, William Van Gels II (Alisa), Timothy Van Gels (Andrea) and John Van Gels (Katie); her niece Michelle Palubiak (Scott); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Willie, Ali, Ellie, Paul, Timmy, Nathan and Olivia. She is also survived by cousins, and dear friends.
