She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob A. and Elizabeth; her sister Katherine McGaughey; her brothers-in-law, Melvin McGaughey, Fred Martin and Joe Acuff; and her nephew Sammy Martin.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elizabeth Dean of St. Louis Park, Helen Acuff of Sarasota, Florida, Carl (Chris Besemer) of Cuba and David (Denese Besemer) of Cuba, Missouri. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and a host of other relatives and many friends.
