She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Jr. Mae and Nellie Mae; her husband Ralph; and her daughter Jeana Lynn Eckelkamp. She is survived by: her close friend Maureen; her pets, Muffy and Zurry; her children, David Eckelkamp (Callie), Donna Survant (Bill) and Cheryl Chappius (Rick); her grandchildren, Kristina Davis, Karen Dobsch, Jaclyn Tempesta (Ryan), William Survant Jr., Joseph Survant (Courtney), Anthony Finder (Sam) and Adrienne Deane; and her brother Rick Watkins. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
