We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2025, at the age of 80, Larry George Dettmer of Warrenton, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Lillian; his brothers, Wilbert and Donald Dettmer; and his nephew James.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Dettmer of Warrenton; his children, David Dettmer (Renee) of St. Peters, Joe Dettmer (Brooke) of Warrenton, Bill Dettmer of St. Charles and Becky Fitzgerald (Stephen) of Lake St; his grandchildren, Andy Dettmer (Katie), Austin Dettmer (Shanda), Clayton Dettmer (Brittany), Claire Chandler (Nathan), Michael Reza and Ava Dettmer; and his great grandchildren, Austin Jr., Lorelei and Kohen. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Warrenton City Cemetery (712 W Booneslick Rd, Warrenton, MO 63383).
