He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Lewis and Dolly Lewis (Barnes); his son Gary Lewis; and his brother Garry Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Carole Lewis (Hogan); his children, Dana, Larry (Cheri) and Julie Thompson (Shane); his grandchildren, Kara, Dane, Seth and Selina; and his sisters, Wilma Epley (Bryan) and Karen Wallace (Terry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
