He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Flynn and Marguarite Flynn (Skoda). He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his children, Erin, David (Shari), Keith (Kara) and Jack. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
