He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hazel Ruth Kelley and Dowell Kelley Sr.; his brother Dowell Kelley Jr.; and his children, Jason Kelley, Sean Kelley, Brandon Kelley and Nancy Shepard. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren.
