He was predeceased by: his father Howard Blair; and his grandparents, Jerry and Barbara Burton. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Perine; his stepfather Mike Perine of Warrenton, MO; his daughter Luna Marie Blair; and his siblings, David Perine of Marthasville, MO, Brian Perine, Michael Perine of Wright City, MO, Jarod Blair, John Blair and Jessica Blair. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pitman Funeral Home (904 State Hwy 47, Warrenton, MO 63383). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
