He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Perine; his stepfather Mike Perine of Warrenton, MO; his daughter Luna Marie Blair; and his siblings, David Perine (Michelle Perine) of Marthasville, MO, Brian Perine (Pamela Perine) of Crystal River, FL, Michael Perine (Amy Perine) of Wright City, MO, Jarod Blair, John Blair and Jessica Blair. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
