He is survived by: his former wife Jacqueline Carol Schaefer; his wife Jackie; his children, Tracy Smith (Steve) and Mike Flake (Christy); his grandchildren, Brandon, Dylan, Travis, Olivia and Ava; his great grandchildren, Everett and Forrest; and his brothers, Fred Flake and Edward Flake (Loretta). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
