He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bonstell and Louise Sander; and his brothers, Chuck Bonstell and Robert Bonstell. He is survived by: his wife Christy Bonstell; his stepfather James Sander; his daughters, Anita Kuntorovskiy (Viktor) and Amy Cope; his grandchildren, Isaac, Ari, Blaire and Trent; his siblings, Karen Marschel (Jim), Lisa Hubner, Angel Dixon, Jamie Meyer (Darryl) and Jim Sander; and his close friends, Ella and Bella. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and close friends.
