He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Warren and Clara Rose; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Warren Dalton and Beverly Kay Dalton; and his siblings, Warren Cook, Loretta Polston and Hazel Slatten.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Ann Cook; his children, Ronald Cook (Sue), Beverly Dalton and Peggy Cook; his sister Delores "Babe" Aston; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Togler. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
