He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Marie; his wife Bernice Marie Rogers; and his brothers, Jerry Swaim, Robert Swaim and Kenneth Swaim.

He is survived by: his sister Marie Swaim. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
