She is survived by: her children, Pamela Michalak (Kim), Beth Vincent (Joseph), John Mischlispy (Lisa), Kim Bakker (Rob) and Lynne Axley; her grandchildren, Matt Michalak (Andrea), Chris Michalak, John Vincent, Amy Vacek (Tony), Cynthia Sample (James), Aaron Clarke (Danielle), Mike Jakul (Ashley Beck), Stacey Blondin (Chad), Kacey Grigery (Allen), Josh Tolliver (Adrienne), Jacob Mischlispy (Meredith), Suzanne Hayes (Matt), Joseph Mischlispy (Jakky), Elizabeth Gibbs (Brett), Heather Bostic (Mike Flake), Patrick Hartzell, Rebecca Bakker (Bud Osmun), Aja Williams (Aaron) and Billie Baxter (Jarrod); and her siblings, Carol Trillanes and Christian Kerlick (Jeannine). She is also survived by great grandchildren.
