He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Butler and Martha Butler; and his son Mike Butler. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Butler of Warrenton, MO; his daughter Janis Butler of Wentzville, MO; and his granddaughter Taylor Butler.
