She was predeceased by: her former husband Jack Church; her husband John Martin; her parents, Edwin and Mamie; and her siblings, John Baur, Mildred Steimkie and Fern Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Church (Becky), Rick Martin (Janet) and Becky Avis (Ben); and her sisters, Eileen Alverson and Namoi Eads. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
