She is survived by: her husband Mark William Westhoff Sr.; her children, Michelle Ann Westhoff and Mark William Westhoff Jr.; her granddaughters, Brittany Michelle, Maggie Mae, Paige Marie and Danielle Marlene Westhoff; and her siblings, Susan Jean Westhoff and Mark Lewis Bogard.
