He is survived by: his wife Penny Juanita Chandler; his stepdaughter Lisa Preston; his grandchildren, Christian and Gaven; his siblings, Shirley Budwell (Larry), Steven Pearia and Kathy Webster; and his brother-in-law Carroll Chandler (Carol). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
