It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Payne II of Warrenton, Missouri, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel L. Payne and Doris J. Payne. He is survived by: his wife Kym Payne; his children, Rachel Massey (Adam), Todd Locklin, Rebecca Kehner (Mathew), Heather McDow (Eddie), Christopher Payne (Emily), Julia Payne, Anthony Payne, Gabriella Payne, Lucas Payne, Tylor Nilges, Cash Tallon, Nikole Plassmeyer and Luke Plassmeyer; his grandchildren, Zackery Cropper, Darin Cropper, Jaycob Gilliland, Jayden Gilliland, Addieanna Massey, Charlotte Massey, Lexie Payne, Brandan Cress, Devan Cress, Caden Kehner, Patrick Cooper, Ava Cooper, Riley Cooper, Dale Locklin, Gracie Locklin, Dominick Picthall, Malachi Pitchall, Maverick Payne, Jhett Payne and Lennox Nilges; and his siblings, Debra Barrick (Roger) of Bethel, MO, Diane Kohn of Bethel, Cephus Payne (Lisa Blossom-Payne) of Troy, Elizabeth Marquette (Dwain) of Bethel, Doris Lourance (Brian) of Troy, Misty Todd (Dan) of Louisiana and Loretta Colvin (Jason) of Troy. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
