We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2021, at the age of 78, Charles Junior Tracy of Warrenton, Missouri, born in Alicia, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Tracy and Lillian O. Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Van Bibber; his children, William C. and Crystal M. (Brad); his granddaughter Keirsten Tracy; his great grandchild Isabella Bligh; his granddaughter Kayla; and his sister Linda Mae. He is also survived by one aunt, two uncles, many nieces and nephews and many friends.
