She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Smith; her parents, Charles Holt and Ruth Holt; her siblings, Jan and Bill; and her granddaughter Gloria.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Fogelsanger, Elaine Frei, Nancy Barton (Julie), Deidre "Dee" Lubs (Bryan), Jana Davis (James) and Bruce Frei (Janice). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
