He was predeceased by: his wife Margie Bockhorst; his parents, Raymond Bockhorst and Violet Nistendirk (Bockhorst); his sister Dolores Carroz; and his son-in-law Kenneth Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy (Jon Gilloon) of Shreveport, Louisiana and Linda Johnson of Jefferson City, Missouri; his grandchildren, David (Amber Johnson), Kathryn (Keith Larsen) and Ann Gilloon; and his great grandchildren, Keegan Larsen and Benjamin Johnson.
