She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Hutton and John Hutton; her brother John Hutton (Terry Rapp); and her daughter Megan Rapp. She is survived by: her spouse Terry Rapp; her daughter Sarah Cline; her son-in-law Jon Cline; and her grandchildren, Noah and Charlotte Cline.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations be made in memory of Barb to Mercy Hospice or Humane Society of Missouri.
