He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Bailey and Reece Bailey. He is survived by: his siblings, Sonya, Joe, Tracy and Mike; his children, AJ and Reece; and his fiancé Stacey. He is also survived by his children, family, extended family and friends.

In Lieu of Flowers the family is accepting donations for Tony's children college funds.
