He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Paka; his daughters, Sally and Libby; his sons-in-law, Steven and Kevin; his grandchildren, Erin, Blayne, Brenna, Tyler and Erik; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Crosby, Emma, Liam, Davis, Matthew, Scott and Jessica.
