He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ouita, Harlan Childers, Owen Pierson and Doris Wahlberg; and his pets, Woody and Tank.
He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Taylor Owens (Brooke Owens), Ty's and Haley Owens (Christian Flores); his parents, Rodney Owens and Paulette Owens; and his sisters, Tonyea Inglis (Kenny) and Shonda Hackler (Glynn Hays).
In lieu of flowers, Ty's family asks that you consider making a donation in his memory to the Johnson County Cancer Foundation, who was supportive during his battle with cancer.
