He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thomas Neal and Helen Neal (Goucher); and his sisters, Jeanne Jackson and Judy Looper. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Neal; his son Lance Neal (Jessica); his grandchildren, Isabelle, Jackson and Elise; and his siblings, Robert Neal (Margaret) and Janice Schneider (Phil). He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Old Drum Animal Shelter and can be left in the care of Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home.
