He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Allison and Gladys Starr (Boy); and his brothers, Keith Starr and Ronald Starr. He is survived by: his wife Sue Starr of Warrensburg, MO; his children, Shawn Starr (Malena) of Milford, KS and Stacey Meyer (Michael) of Concordia, MO; his brother Danny Starr (Karen) of Raymond, KS; and his grandchildren, Rylee and Taylor.
Memorials may be given to the Lyons Bell and Star Fund (for the Christmas bell) or to the Donor's Choice in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
