She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" Gregory and Grace Ellen Gregory (Land); her stepdaughter Terri Lynn Walker; and her siblings, Kenneth Gregory Sr., Donald "Dude" Gregory, Larry Dean Gregory, Francis Gregory, Mary Ellen Taylor, Lillian "Wig" Zumalt and Dorothy Gregory.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Lynn Weatherby; her daughter Penny Weatherby; her grandchildren, Tessa Wentworth, Hayley Wentworth, Sara Walker and Christopher Walker; her great grandchildren, Dakota Lynn Pugh, Braxton Ray and Bentley Lee Woodrome; and her siblings, James "Sonnie" Gregory, Harold Gregory and Zelma Gregory. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
