She is survived by: her parents, Robert L. Collins and Diana L. Collins (Anspaugh) of Warrensburg, MO; her husband James M. Martinez III of Chilhowee, MO; her children, James M. Martinez IV (Kristi) of Warrensburg, MO, Tequilla Adeyemi of Warrensburg, MO and Mia Martinez of Chilhowee, MO; and her sister Diana McCoy (David) of Sedalia, MO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-niece and one great-nephew.
