He is survived by: his children, Robert "Ed" Hazen (Shirley) of Raymore, MO, Randy Hazen (Connie) of Bates City, MO and Jana Eison (Larry) of Holden, MO; and his sister Shirley Spousta of Belton, MO.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren.
