He is survived by: his wife Elaine; and his children, James Delap of Warrensburg, MO, Lisa Treece of Warrensburg, MO, Sarah Goodwater of Warrensburg, MO, Becky Rush of Warrensburg, MO, John Phillips of Virginia, Clark Phillips of Virginia and Robert Phillips of Virginia. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; a large extended family and many friends.
