He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Mae Johnson; his children, Vicki Whitworth of Millbrook, AL, Kevin Whitworth (Higginsville) and Joy Lakey (Warrensburg); and his sisters, Rosalie Waller, Independence, Phyllis Kays, Joyce Austin, Grain Valley, Marietta Rager, Kearney, Linda Whitworth, Windsor, Donna Moore and Deepwater. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
