He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Toland and Barbara Toland; his brother-in-law Bob Mitchell; and his nephew Jamie Sexsmith. He is survived by: his wife Connie Toland (Collins) of Warrensburg, MO; his children, Toby Toland (Amy) of Reno, NV, Matthew Toland (Jamie) and Kristen Tidwell (Franklin) of Warrensburg, MO.; his grandchildren, Shealyn, Caden, Gavin, Gemma, Annabel and Remy; and his siblings, Toni Mitchell, Robin Englehart (Jon), Sandy Latimer, Stephen Toland, Frank Latimer (Cammy) and Joshua Latimer (Sheena). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Wounded Warrior Foundation.
