He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Silkwood and Anna Silkwood (Baker); his siblings, Frank Silkwood, Lonnie Keith Silkwood and JoAnn Silkwood Lewis; and his grandson Timothy Alexander Silkwood.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Silkwood (Frazier); his children, Julie Brown (David) of Lee's Summit, Jennifer Silkwood, Warrensburg and Jeremy Silkwood (Krystal) of Leeton; his grandchildren, Natasha Holtzclaw, Jeff Holtzclaw (Daniel Holtzclaw), Ryan (Anthony Myers), Brianna Landers and Hadley (Hudson Silkwood); his great grandchildren, Emily Brim, Maci Holtzclaw, Oliver Dunning and Chole Acuino; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Silkwood and Norma Jean Silkwood. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, former classmates and friends.
