He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Gallagher and Helen Gallagher (Zoeller); and his sister Kathy Arnet. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Larry Moore) of Concordia, Michael E. Gallagher (Jennifer) of Concordia, John Gallagher (Linda) of Higginsville and Chris (Brandi Gallagher); and his brothers, Neil Gallagher (Jo) of New York and Ed Gallagher (Marge) of St Louis. He is also survived by 17 grand-children.
