She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen H. Berry and Altha Jane Berry (Angel); her mother-in-law Reba Sites; her brothers, Glenn and Larry; and her niece Destiny.
She is survived by: her husband John A. Sites; her son Dustin Perkins; her siblings, Wayne, Billy, Mike, Terry, Louise, Wanda, Glenda and Virginia; and her nephew Demetrius. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
