He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Neal and Esther Truan; his wife Vada M. Michael; his siblings, Donna Urbanek and Gary Neal; and his grandson Kyle A. Neal.
He is survived by: his children, Susan K. Jones and Larry D. Hosler; his sister Linda Billings of Bogue, KS; and his sister-in-law Wanda Neal. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren.
