She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Edwin Harlow and Marcy Jean Harlow (Shelby); and her brother Richard Harlow. She is survived by: her husband Ron Winn; her sons, Steve Navarro and Samuel Winkler; her daughter-in-law Jessica Navarro; and her grandsons, Nehemiah Navarro and Camden Navarro.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lisa Winn Memorial Fund for her family. Checks can be made payable to Ron Winn and left in the care of the funeral home.
