He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson M. "Dick" Lockard and Susie Modeena Lockard (Gillilan); his wife Betty Lockard (Pine); and his nephew Jeffrey William Owings. He is survived by: his sister Betty L. Brenner (Bill) of Warrensburg; and his nieces, Marsha M. Brenner of Warrensburg, Paula S. Gauchat (Edwin) of Warrensburg, Marla Dee Hisgen (Jeff) of La Quinta and Wendy Doyle (Jim) of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews and seven great-great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation or the Johnson County Cancer Foundation and can be left in the care of the funeral home.
