He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his son Lawerence C Bass Jr.; his grandson Leanthony Bass; and his brothers, Harold, Raymond, Joseph and Delmer Dean Bass.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Bass (Deborah) of Independence, MO, Darrell Bass of Olathe, Kansas, Constance Nowlin (Oliver) of Goodyear, AZ and Wanda Jennings (Timothy) of Dayton, OH; and his siblings, Wayne Bass (Marie), Juanita Benton, Betty Benton (Travis), Mary Steward and Janet Sue Winters (Elbert). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association and can be left in care of the funeral home.
