It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joycelyn Lorraine Symmes of Warrensburg, Missouri, born in Spirit Lake, Iowa, who passed away on March 11, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Wagner and Marie Wagner; her sister Barbara Wagner of Lakeland; and her children, Michael Symmes (Theresa), Bradley Symmes (Angela), Kevin Symmes, Tracy Stephenson (Mark) and Jody Symmes. She was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
