He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, David (Lisa Bennett) of Decatur, Georgia, Daniel (Carolyn) of Coon Rapids, Minnesota and Sarah (Dave Weibel) of Kansas City, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Jeremiah and Deborah of Coon Rapids, Minnesota..
