He is survived by: his mother Nova Srader-Carleton; his daughter Echo Burkhart (David); his sister Terri Moon; his niece Stacey Smalley Taylor; his nephew Dan Smalley; his grandchildren, Kaenan (Jayda) and Kaleb Burkhart; and his friend Mike McGhee. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
