He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Chamberlain and Cecil Chamberlain (Summers); his wife Doris Jean Jones; his brothers, Lonnie and Denzil; his half-brother Lloyd; his sister Anna Lee Droege; and his half-sister Mildred Shoemaker.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Ringgold (John) of Topeka, KS, Craig Chamberlain (Katie) of Warrensburg, MO and Henry Chamberlain (Nikki) of Lubbock, TX; his sister Deloris Ehlers of Warrensburg, MO; and his grandchildren, Vicky Hafner of Amelia, OH, Michele Porter (Ryan) of San Antonio, TX, Natalee Fitzgerald of Columbia, MO, Khristian Chamberlain (Sylvia) of Sweet Springs, MO, Kiley Limback (Nick) of Alma, MO and Kacey Chamberlain of Sedalia, MO. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
