He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Dale Conway Sr.; and his brother James Douglas Conway. He is survived by: his mother Gracie B. Bredehoeft (Omar); his children, Gerald Anthony Conway, Christopher Joseph Conway, Katelyn Dawn Wuger and Michael Lee Conway; and his siblings, Kevin D. Hall (Marvelee), Darla R. Morgan (Robert) and Kathy M. Dunn (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Jerry Dale Conway Jr. Memorial Fund with checks made payable to Darla Morgan.
