She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Lewis and Jeanette Pearl Lewis (Stokley); her husband Albert Gordon, Jr.; and her sons, Albert Gordon, Edward Gordon and Richard Gordon.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Matthews, Sharon Logan (Robert), Elaine Hesse, Gloria Gordon-Dixon, Ray Gordon, Deborah Neale (Steven) and John Gordon. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
