He is survived by: his wife Vickie Farrow (Peek) of Warrensburg, MO; his children, Christina Pieczynski (Jessey) of Warrensburg, MO and Dwayne Chapman (Dana) of Warrensburg, MO; his son-in-law Steve Lynn; his grandchildren, Jerry, Steven, Tiffiney, Ashley (Nick), Braiden (Josh) and Cassidy; his great grandchildren, Kiley, Allison, Lincoln and Kenzie; and his sisters, Karen Wellborn of Knob Noster, MO and Patricia Maxwell (Richard) of Knob Noster, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the family in care of Vickie Farrow.
