He is survived by: his wife Janet Denise Holt; his children, Kimberly Shumate (Terry) of Warrensburg, MO, Tifany Allen (Julius) of Tulsa, OK, James Summitt (Marva) of Centerview, MO, Michael Summitt of Warrensburg, MO, Mark Summitt (Dianna) of Centerview, MO and Daniel Summitt (Amanda) of Warrensburg, Missouri; and his brothers, Jack Summitt of Warrensburg, MO and Frank Summitt of Warrensburg, MO. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
